Organizational Development Specialist

​Kelli Stenhouse is an innovative educator and leader with 23 years of career experience in classroom instruction, teacher mentoring and training, curriculum design, workshop facilitation, and organization development throughout the state. She graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies/Elementary Education and has Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.  In her current position as Organizational Professional Development Specialist with the Department of Human Resources with Prince William County Schools, she is responsible for the management and implementation of the school Division’s “Growing Our Own Teachers in PWCS” initiative which includes such programs as Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow (VTfT), Early Childhood Education and Educators Rising®.  Kelli's work is driven by her passion for making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of children and educators. She is strategic visionary who possesses an unwavering desire for student learning, youth development and supporting individuals in achieving personal and professional success.

Workshop Session 1:  Dressing For Success, To Impress & Feel Your Best  
Participants will:
Gain strategies for building a professional work wardrobe
Learn tips for making an impressive first impression
Receive helpful hints for saving money on clothes
Recognize easy ways to enhance personal image


Workshop Session 2:  Confident and Unstoppable
Participants will learn to:
Radiate a confident, relaxed and vibrant presence that engages, inspires & creates buy-in with influential people. Create credibility and trust with those in decision-making positions, including potential supervisors, decision makers and university officials. Learn how to make a solid, confident impression. Develop rapport easily with anyone, including adult leaders and peers. Become a role model of leadership and proactive change for any organization.
