College and University Exhibitor Information
Educators Rising® Virginia invites you to exhibit at the 2025 Student Leadership Conference and Competitive Events to be held, March 1, 2025, at Potomac Shores Middle School, 17851 Woods View Drive, Dumfries, VA, 22026.
We anticipate approximately 300 future educators, representative of at least 15 school districts throughout Virginia, to be in attendance. This event is a great opportunity to meet these students and share information about your campus and program of studies.
Set-Up & Display
Exhibits are planned for 8:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Set up may begin one hour before.
Exhibitor Fees
The exhibitor fee is $100 and includes one six-foot table, chair, electrical access, wireless internet access, coffee/tea and one lunch. Please bring your own tablecloth. Additional lunches may be purchased for $15.00 each.
Promotional Items for Donation
You are requested to donate promotional, swag items for door prizes and giveaways for our participants.
Character of Exhibits
No exhibitor may assign or sublet any portion of the space contracted without approval of the institute planning committee. Exhibitors cannot sell items to attendees.
Lodging
Lodging is available at Holiday Inn Express Dumfries-Quantico,
3901 Fettler Park Drive, Dumfries, VA, 22025, US. The average rate per night is $130. Anyone in need of overnight accommodations should contact the hotel directly.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please note, that once we receive your registration, we cannot issue a refund of your fee. If you find you are unable to attend, we invite you to transfer your registration to a colleague at the same college or university.
For weather or disaster-related program cancellation or postponement information, you will be contacted by email the day before.
