Impromptu Lesson

There is no prejudging for this event. Students will be given a scenario and then permitted 20 minutes to plan out an impromptu learning experience. While they may not be overly familiar with the subject of the lesson, good teaching is about implementing research-based practices that are a part of every teacher's toolbox.
As judges, you will serve as students in this event. Have fun, interact and respond to the "teacher." There will be typical items that may be found in the classroom for the use of this event.
