Call for Judges 

     
​Qualified judges are critical to the success of this event.  For each competition, we will need three judges per event.  We will be using rubrics designed by Educators Rising.  To help calibrate the judging, we provide virtual training.

For the 2023 Educators Rising Virginia State Leadership Conference, we are need the following:
  • judges who are comfortable evaluating performance events asynchronously for virtual contests [Creative Lecture (TED Talk), Educators Rising Moment, and Public Speaking]. 
  • judges who are comfortable pre-scoring artifacts prior to the live competition.
  • judges who are available to help in-person on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Deep Run High School in Glen Allen, Virginia from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
